Morningstar completed the acquisition of Lumonic and DealX.

Morningstar, a provider of independent investment insights, completed the acquisition of Lumonic, a private credit portfolio monitoring and management platform, and DealX, a provider of standardized US commercial mortgage-backed security and global collateralized loan obligation data. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Morningstar is meeting the demands of investors across private and public markets.
