Stantec, an engineering, architecture, and related professional services enterprise, completed the acquisiton of Page, an architecture, engineering, and design firm. FInancial terms were not disclosed. With the addition of Page, Stantec’s US Buildings practice grows by nearly 35% and the company’s overall US employee headcount expands to approximately 13.5k people. The acquisition positions Stantec as the second largest architecture firm in the US and strengthens its place as the largest integrated engineering and architecture firm in North America.
