Francisco Partners completed the acquisition of Quorum Software from Thoma Bravo.

Francisco Partners, a private equity firm specializing in technology and technology-enabled services businesses, completed the acquisition of Quorum Software, a software company specializing in solutions for the oil and gas industry, from Thoma Bravo, a private equity firm.
