Ardian and Rockfield completed the acquisition of Laude Living Bologna from Stonehill.

Ardian and Rockfield, companies specializing in real estate and purpose-built student accommodation investments, completed the acquisition of Laude Living Bologna, a newly constructed student residence in Bologna, from Stonehill, a developer specializing in purpose-built student accommodation.
