Partners Group, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of a portfolio of energy transition-focused assets from Avenue Golden Continuation Fund, a fund managed by Avenue and operated by Middle River Power, for $2.2bn. "It has been gratifying to develop a purpose-built energy transition business that delivers reliable, affordable, and lower carbon power to support the ongoing, multi-decade energy transition.
