Triton-backed Ramudden to acquire Curtin and Carolina Traffic Devices.

Triton-backed Ramudden, an infrastructure safety solutions provider, agreed to acquire Curtin, a full-service subcontractor specializing in installing concrete barrier, shoulder drains, concrete rehab and single-faced barrier walls, and Carolina Traffic Devices, a company selling and renting control devices and safety equipment. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The addition of Curtin and Carolina Traffic Devices to our group marks a major milestone for Ramudden Global. We strengthen our presence and leadership in the US Highway solutions segment, allowing us to accelerate growth and enhance safety," Morten Finslo, Ramudden Global CEO.
