Daikin Applied Americas, a global manufacturer of commercial and industrial HVAC system, completed the acquisition of Modular Comfort Systems, a New York-based sales engineering firm specializing in customized HVAC solutions for commercial, institutional, and industrial buildings. Financial terms were not disclosed.
