Woodberry Capital completed the acquisition of a minority stake in SONAS from MML and Muzinich.

Woodberry Capital, a private equity investment firm, completed the acquisition of a minority stake in SONAS, an Irish bathroom products supplier, from MML, a private equity firm, and Muzinich, an investment firm specializing in public and private corporate credit. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are delighted to welcome Woodberry as shareholders into SONAS.
