Talabat completed the acquisition of Instashop from Delivery Hero for $32m.

Talabat, an online delivery platform, completed the acquisition of Instashop, an online marketplace, from Delivery Hero, a provider of online food ordering services, for $32m. “We are thrilled to welcome Instashop into the Talabat family.
