Pandox to acquire Pullman Cologne Hotel for €66m.

Pandox, a property management company engaged in ownership and management of hotel properties, agreed to acquire Pullman Cologne Hotel, a 275 room hotel in Cologne, Germany for €66m. “We are very pleased to acquire Pullman Cologne Hotel and further strengthen and complement our presence in Cologne. The hotel has a strong location close to the central station and the city center.
