Grupo CIMD-backed Intermoney Capital, a Spain-based private equity firm with a focus on renewable energy, completed the acquisition of Nordic Beniarbeig, a solar park located in Beniarbeig, Alicante (2 MWp capacity), from Nordic Solar. Financial terms were not disclosed.
