Vodafone to acquire Sercom Soluciones.

Vodafone, a telecommunications company, agreed to acquire Sercom Soluciones, a distributor of prepaid mobile products and services. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This acquisition represents another step in Vodafone Spain’s strategic transformation and reinforces our commitment to strengthening the prepaid segment. Sercom brings us a solid distribution network and market experience, which will allow us to continue innovating and offering more options to customers,” Jose Miguel García, Vodafone Spain CEO.
