Bader, a company specializing in recycling, material recovery, and transportation activities, completed the acquisition of a 81.47% stake in Zwahlen & Mayr, a company specializing in welded stainless-steel tubes and steel constructions, from Cimolai, a designer and fabricator of large, complex steel structures, for €20.9m.
