Sanbrandan, a bakery-coffee chain completed the acquisition of Monbake, a Spanish manufacturer of frozen bakery dough and bakery-coffee retail outlets. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The integration of Ipasa under the Monbake umbrella reinforces our growth strategy and consolidates our position in the frozen dough sector.
