Korean American Medical Group completed the merger with Ascend-backed Seoul Medical Group.

Korean American Medical Group, a network of independent community physicians dedicated to providing high quality medical services to its members, completed the merger with Ascend-backed Seoul Medical Group, a physician-run Independent Physician Associations dedicated to providing both high-quality clinical and non-clinical healthcare services to patients. Financial terms were not disclosed.
