Norvestor-backed MG Links to acquire PCS Modulsystem from Concentus.

Norvestor-backed MG Links, a company specializing in the development of modular construction facilities, agreed to acquire PCS Modulsystem, a supplier of flexible and customised modular solutions, from Concentus, a Swedish holding company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Through the partnership with MG Link and Norvestor, we create a strong foundation for continued growth.
