Arthur J. Gallagher & Co completed the acquisition of Philinsure.

Arthur J. Gallagher & Co, an American global insurance brokerage and risk management services firm, completed the acquisition of Philinsure, a commercial insurance and reinsurance broker serving clients across the Philippines from its headquarters in Cebu City.
