The Rohatyn Group, an investment firm, completed the acquisition of a 77% stake in the New Zealand joint venture from Rayonier, a timberland real estate investment trust, for $710m. “We are very pleased to add this highly productive, large-scale asset to our global portfolio of high-quality timberland investments across North America, South America and Oceania.
