Kivra completed the acquisition of Truid

Kivra, a digital mailbox services for private individuals and businesses, completed the acquisition of Truid, a global digital identity verification platform that provides solutions for Identity Verification, Multi Factor Authentication, and E-signing. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We already see a growing need for people to be able to share their information on their own terms.
