Labcorp to acquire laboratory testing businesses from OPKO Health-backed BioReference Health for $225m.

Labcorp, an innovative and comprehensive laboratory services provider, agreed to acquire laboratory testing businesses from OPKO Health-backed BioReference Health, a clinical diagnostic laboratory, for $225m. "By integrating BioReference Health's oncology and related clinical testing services into our portfolio, we're providing greater access to our world-class services to patients, physicians and healthcare providers across the country.
