Cerea, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of a minority stake in Obyo, a supplier of professional cleaning products fromSofia, a distributor and services in hygiene and related products. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The family shareholders are delighted with the support that Cerea will provide for the development of the Sofia Group's hygiene division, enabling it to pursue its diversified strategy along its two growth axes in B2C and B2B," Jean François Le Biez, Sofia Group President.
