Pioneer Point Partners to acquire OG Clean Fuels from ABN AMRO and Meewind.

Pioneer Point Partners, an infrastructure investment firm, agreed to acquire OG Clean Fuels, an owner and operator of clean fuels filling stations, from ABN AMRO Sustainable Impact Fund, a private impact fund, and Meewind, a company that invests in sustainable energy sources. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Our journey with OG Clean Fuels began with the ambition to establish a leading player in Northwest Europe. Not only has the company achieved this goal, it has also intensified its focus on the heavy-duty vehicle segment, where it can have the greatest impact," Thijs Nijland, ABN AMRO Sustainable Impact Fund.
