Deel completed the acquisition of Safeguard Global’s Payroll Division from Safeguard Global.

Deel, a global HR and payroll platform, completed the acquisition of the enterprise payroll division of Safeguard Global, a US-based workforce enablement firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “In 2008, we started Safeguard as a global payroll company.
