Accenture, a global professional services company, completed the acquisition of Soben, a provider of construction consultancy services. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Soben will enhance our infrastructure and capital projects capabilities across Europe, particularly boosting our practice in the UK,” added Maddie Walker, Industry X Lead Accenture.
