Gemspring Capital completed the acquisition of Appriss Retail from Clearlake Capital and Insight Partners.

Gemspring Capital, a middle-market private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Appriss Retail, a provider of AI-driven analytics and loss prevention software for retailers, from Clearlake Capital and Insight Partners, two investment firms. Financial terms were not disclosed.
