FLE completed the acquisition of Havi Distribution Center from Carroll International Investments.

FLE, a company focused on investments in commercial property in Central Europe, completed the acquisition of Havi Distribution Center located in Warsaw, from Carroll International Investments, a cold and dry storage warehousing facilities developer. Financial terms were not disclosed. With this transaction, FLE GmbH continues its expansion in Poland and reinforces its commitment to the growing logistics sector.
