Ariston completed the acquisition of DDR Heating.

Ariston, a provider of sustainable climate and water heating solutions, completed the acquisition of DDR Heating, a US-based manufacturer of electric heating elements and immersion heaters for industrial and commercial applications. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are thrilled to welcome DDR into Thermowatt and the broader Ariston Group. Over the last decade, we have significantly grown our business in the professional and industrial space, making it a key contributor to our Components Division.
