Northleaf, a global private markets investment firm, completed the acquisition of a stake in Shared Tower, a carrier neutral telecommunications infrastructure owner and developer, from 3i, an international investment manager, for CAD100m. “This investment in Shared Tower is an excellent fit with Northleaf’s infrastructure strategy. Our investors will benefit from the long-term, contracted cashflow profile that underpins the company’s business model,” Chris Rigobon, Northleaf Managing Director.
