Northleaf completed the acquisition of a stake in Shared Tower from 3i for C$100m.

Northleaf, a global private markets investment firm, completed the acquisition of a stake in Shared Tower, a carrier-neutral telecommunications infrastructure owner and developer, from 3i, an international investment manager, for C$100m. “This investment in Shared Tower is an excellent fit with Northleaf’s infrastructure strategy. Our investors will benefit from the long-term, contracted cashflow profile that underpins the company’s business model,” Chris Rigobon, Northleaf Managing Director.
