RBS to acquire Smart Hotel Software.

RBS, a global provider of cloud-based, AI-driven property management solutions for the hospitality industry, agreed to acquire Smart Hotel Software, a provider of comprehensive property management solutions designed to serve hotels, resorts, and multi-property operations effectively. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Smart Hotel Software established a strong relationship with properties that use Sage Accounting, and we intend to continue to support those properties and provide them with enhancements and cloud options should they so choose. At the same time, we are proud of our ranch, lodge, and outfitter heritage and remain committed to serving and growing that customer segment as well,” Glenn Turner, RBS CEO.
