IK Partners-backed Plastiflex completed the acquisition of Smooth-Bor Plastics.

IK Partners-backed Plastiflex, a manufacturer of high-end tubing systems and custom components, completed the acquisition of Smooth-Bor Plastics, a producer of corrugated tubes for respiratory care. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are very happy about the further development of Smooth-Bor within this strategic partnership with Plastiflex Group and are convinced that together we will be able to offer an enhanced product portfolio to all our customers,” Eric Carlson, Smooth-Bor Plastics CEO.
