Revery completed the acquisition of Burger King Kazakhstan from Verny Capital.

Revery, an investment firm, completed the acquisition of Burger King Kazakhstan, a fast food chain, from Verny Capital, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Revery views this acquisition as the foundation for building a multi-brand, multi-country QSR platform. By leveraging our experiences in scaling businesses across Central Asia, Revery aims to introduce best-in-class operational expertise and innovations to drive sustainable growth and enhance guest experiences in Kazakhstan.
