Synopsis

Mycronic Global Technologies division, a Swedish high-tech company engaged in the development, manufacture and marketing of production equipment, agreed to acquire Hprobe, a provider of technology for high-speed magnetic testing of Magnetoresistive Random Access Memories (MRAMs) and magnetic sensors. Financial terms were not disclosed.
