Unoenergy Group, an energy company, completed the acquisition of Officina Energetica, a private limited company, from Newatt, a company that operates in the energy trading and portfolio management sector, and Engas, a provider of customized gas and electricity supply for both families and businesses. Financial terms were not disclosed. "This transaction represents a natural step for us in our growth strategy in our core business: purchasing renewable energy from producers and reselling it to resellers on the energy and gas market. Libarna Gas is joining a Group with a vision and structure capable of accompanying it in its next phase of growth.
