Innova Capital to acquire a majority stake in ProService Finteco and a 50% stake in IFDS from Oaktree and Cornerstone.

Innova Capital, a private equity firm, agreed to acquire a majority stake in ProService Finteco, a fund management solutions provider, and a 50% stake in IFDS, a company offering fund depositary and brokerage services, from Oaktree and Cornerstone, private equity firms. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Both companies have established strong foundations and distinguish themselves through high-quality services and innovative solutions.
