Delaware North to merge with Eureka Entertainment-backed Universal Gaming Group.

Delaware North, a proviuder of hospitality and entertainment, agreed to merge with Eureka Entertainment-backed Universal Gaming Group, a gaming operator providing slot route services in Illinois. Financial terms were not disclosed. "This was a strategic move for Delaware North to strengthen our route-gaming business in Illinois by joining forces with a respected competitor," Brian Hansberry, Delaware North Group President for Gaming.
