Deutsche Beteiligungs-backed Firian, a provider of active fire protection solutions, completed the acquisition of Vanstraelen Sprinkler + Piping, a Belgian company specializing in the design and installation of fire protection systems. Financial terms are not disclosed. “The add-on acquisitions of ASAP and Vanstraelen are a key step in Firian’s ongoing development.
