EnCap, Westlawn and Rice Investment Group to invest in X2 Resources.

EnCap, a US-based private equity firm, Westlawn, a private investment firm, and Rice Investment Group, a multi-strategy fund, agreed to invest in X2 Resources, a UK-based private equity firm specializing in investments in the mining and metals sectors.
