Volaris Automotive completed the acquisition of Britehouse Automotive from NTT.

Volaris Automotive, a company delivering mission-critical software solutions to the automotive industry, completed the acquisition of Britehouse Automotive, a provider of software solutions for automotive industry, from NTT, a Japanese telecommunications company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Volaris Automotive is a natural fit for us, not only because we’re all companies who specialize in automotive solutions, but our philosophies and vision align.
