Hendrik Veder Group, offering a wide range of solutions, products, and services related to steel wire and fiber rope in the offshore, maritime, and other industries, completed the merger with Dutch Steel Fabricators, an operator of a group of steel fabrication companies. Financial terms were not disclosed.
