Eneva completed the acquisition of Camaçari thermoelectric plant of Axia Energy.

Eneva, a power generation company, completed the acquisition Camaçari thermoelectric plant of Axia Energy, an electric utility company. Financial terms were not disclosed. The Axia Energy group stated that this represents an opportunity to mitigate operational and financial risks, advance in optimizing its portfolio and capital allocation, and accelerate the achievement of its emissions reduction targets.
