ASSA ABLOY completed the acquisition of Gesellschaft Fur Sicherheitstechnik.

ASSA ABLOY, a firm that develops, designs, and manufactures a complete range of door opening solutions, completed the acquisition of Gesellschaft Fur Sicherheitstechnik, a provider of emergency exit security solutions for commercial, industrial and public buildings. Financial terms were not disclosed. "I am very pleased to welcome GFS to ASSA ABLOY.
