REPKON USA to acquire McCormick Stevenson.

REPKON USA, an advanced metal formation and manufacturing equipment designer, agreed to acquire McCormick Stevenson, an engineering services and design firm specializing in munitions and other defense applications. Financial terms were not disclosed. "McCormick Stevenson is a world-class engineering firm in our market space, and they have been well-respected for several decades.
