Nalka Invest to acquire airteam from Ratos for SEK 1.7bn.

Nalka Invest, a company specializing in long-term investments in medium-sized Nordic companies, agreed to acquire a 70% stake in airteam, a leading supplier of technical ventilation solutions, from Ratos, a business group focusing on technological and infrastructure solutions, for SEK 1.7bn ($168m).
