CSW Industrials to acquire Aspen Manufacturing for $314m.

CSW Industrials, an industrial growth company, agreed to acquire Aspen Manufacturing, a manufacturer of evaporator coils and air handlers, for $314m. “I am pleased to announce that we have entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Aspen Manufacturing.
