PSG backed-Buxton, a company specializing in consumer analytics and location intelligence, completed the acquisition of Audiense, a UK-based audience intelligence and social insights platform. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Our acquisition of Audiense marks a pivotal step forward for Buxton.
