Wabtec completed the acquisition of Dellner Couplers from EQT for $960m.

Wabtec, a provider of equipment solutions and value-added services for the freight and transit rail industries, completed the acquisition of Dellner Couplers, a Swedish original equipment manufacturer of train connection systems, from EQT, a private equity firm, for $960m. “The addition of Dellner Couplers marks a major step forward in strengthening our Transit business and expanding our portfolio of offerings for this segment.
