Veritas Capital-backed Frontgrade completed the acquisition of IDSI from Crescend Technologies.

Veritas Capital-backed Frontgrade, a US-based aerospace and defense technology company specializing in electronic components and systems, completed the acquisition of IDSI, a US-based manufacturer specializing in broadband RF and microwave amplifiers for defense applications, from Crescend Technologies, a US-based manufacturer providing communications solutions for public safety, defense, and industrial markets.
