Adelis Equity Partners-backed Circura completed the acquisition of Åbyns Bygg.

Adelis Equity Partners-backed Circura, a Sweden‑based building maintenance and renovation services group, completed the acquisition of Åbyns Bygg, a Swedish construction and damage‑restoration services company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We at Åbyns look forward to becoming part of the Circura group and becoming an active part of the group's North region together with Byggtjänst in Örnsköldsvik.
