Kanadevia Inova completed the acquisition of Encyclis Ireland Operations from Encyclis for $100m.

Kanadevia Inova, a global greentech company, completed the acquisition of Encyclis Ireland Operations, the operator of the Dublin Waste to Energy facility project, from Encyclis, a provider of energy-from-waste services, for $100m. "We are delighted to kick-start the process of transferring the O&M Dublin team and their outstanding value-added expertise into our operations in Europe.
