VINCI Energies completed the acquisition of INTECHNOLOGY.

VINCI Energies, a company that provides sustainable utility engineering services, completed the acquisition of INTECHNOLOGY, a provider of design for ventilation and air conditioning systems. Financial terms were not disclosed. “With the acquisition and merger, one of the five largest companies in the Czech Republic in the field of HVAC will be created. This is a significant step towards strengthening our position in this segment, which we perceive as promising given the growing importance of energy efficiency and the increasing share of technology in building investments. The merger of both companies will allow us to expand our offered services and at the same time increase the specialization of our employees. This will enable us to provide better solutions to our customers,” Ladislav Urban, VINCI Energies Regional Director.
